Our business was founded by James E. Gardiner Jr. in 1988 and was focused on residential clients. Through his dedication to quality and service, James developed relationships with the best residential contractors in the area.
Through the years, we've expanded operations to include the painting of churches, schools, medical facilities, state and federal government buildings, LEED-certified projects, restored historical buildings, and multi-family facilities.
